Soundscape Peer Review Notes - Simon Sprenger

Kenlie

  • I really like how there was constant ominous noise throughout the soundscape. It was a really creative theme

  • I thought there could have been a bigger variety of sounds in the soundscape.

Becky

  • I thought that the theme and white noise was present throughout the soundscape.

  • I personally would have liked to see some more sounds added to make the track more diverse

Sophia

  • I liked how there was some actual music in the soundscape and it brought a lot of life to the piece while making it upbeat

  • I personally would have added less music and focused more on the small sounds to further the theme

Lily

  • The added affects really brought the piece to life and enhanced the soundscape

  • I did have some trouble finding a constant theme. I could have been more attentive but that was my observation

Myself

  • Perfect all around

  • No critique

Hannah

  • I liked how there was a solid rhythm throughout the whole soundscape. Lots of repetition, and I liked how there was some repetition

  • I thought that there could have been more sounds incorporated. I would have used less beats and more noises

Ari

  • The trippy effects and the words being morphed were super cool. The whole theme was super trippy and I really enjoyed listening to it

  • I would have added more of those voices that were morphed because they were super cool

Baxter

  • The plethora of sounds was super interesting to listen to and I like how there was constant noise in the background to add extra effects

  • I was a little confused about the grinding noises the whole time but they fit nicely with the soundscape so I liked it

Colin

  • I really liked how there some sort of wild west theme going on in the soundscape and it made for a really cool 4 minutes

  • I thought that the sounds were a little too loud but I just turned my volume down to fix it
