Bio
My name is Simon Sprenger. I grew up in Superior Colorado. Some of my hobbies include spending time with my family, hanging out with friends, taking my dog on hikes and playing kendama. Ever since I was a child, I was intrigued by art and the fact that anyone can make it. My art is driven and influenced by things that I do everyday. I think that art should be shared with everyone. A lot of the art I create is through pictures that I take everyday. I like to think that I live my life through an artistic lens and try to appreciate the simple things. To me, art doesn't have to be intentional which is why I enjoy it so much. In addition to taking pictures, I also enjoy working in photo shop. Throughout high school, I took digital art class and thoroughly enjoyed it. Theres something about being able to alter any image and make it a reality that draws me in. Having the ability to envision something in my head that wouldn't exist in real life and then go into photoshop and create that vision is amazing. When I use photoshop, I like to create art that is up to interpretation. I think of the piece one way but other people may get a different message or see it in a different light. That is another thing that is terrific about art. It is open to interpretation. When I create a piece of art, I like to show it to other people to get their opinion and maybe even another perspective.
